There's nothing like coming home from a beautiful day of snowboarding to a FLOOD! We were a little shocked when we saw a couple inches of water in our house and needless to say it was just the beginning of quite an adventure!
This room and our bedroom were the only dry places, hence everything we own piled high!

Oh the memories - our 1st apt flooded too. I think everyone has to experience it atleast once in their lives to appreciate having nice dry and clean carpet. Love the make-shift table for dinner!
Yippee - some news! Can't wait until you get through finals this week and then hopefully you can catch the blog up on all the great things happening in the life of newlyweds. Not saying the flood is "great," just one of the many surprises that happen in life. It's not 'if,' but 'when,' and the true test is how you react.
